The only let down was not seeking advice both as to costs and a recommended solicitor as agent could have pointed me in the right direction as we have been overcharged by our solicitor who sent fee estimate to a post box no longer used and all too late did we discover we were to be over charged. I recommend that you get the good advice from Tony before appointing your solicitor as it could save you thousands. Thanks Tony

Tony was great at selling us our first piece of Australia. Everything went through smoothly. The only downfall was that because it was our very first home I was expecting the "YAY! Congratulations here is your bouquet and bottle of wine with a bow on the door." as have had my friends who have purchased homes recently. I even had to go to their real estate to collect my keys they couldn't meet me there neither did they offer to meet me there. I do understand that Tony was away on Leave but someone could have covered for him. Tony, It's a shame that settlement fell on your leave as I'm sure that if you were there I would have got that personal touch.
