Tony was very personable and direct. He made sure that I knew important information about the property and I was delighted to see that an “under offer” sign had been attached to the online sales advice for the property the same night that I said I’d buy it. Also pleased to see the sales advice disappear as soon as exchange went through and that there was a sold notice attached to the sale sign out the front of the property. The contract did have some papers with it that concerned another property which was quickly fixed but there was no “internal drainage diagram” with contract. Have since found out that one doesn’t exist. I feel that Tony could be a bit more “hands on” when it comes to lining up information between me and vendor and with organisation of settlement. A man happy to fit in a second viewing even with several friends in tow.(although stressing that they could only see the unit end of the property. ) Happy to have dealt with Tony.
