Tony achieved an excellent result for us. From our first meeting, he was professional to work with. He gave us fair advice throughout and prepared us well for auction day and the possible outcomes. Financial fees were reasonable for the effort expended and the result achieved.

Tony took us through the process from start to finish and his communication was excellent. He called us after each OFI and briefed us on numbers and responses. A day prior to the auction, he spent around an hour with us explaining what his strategy would be at the auction and what we could expect. He was spot on. Tried his best in the deteriorating market, and managed to achieve a price 50 to 100k below the expected selling price, but we are happy as we have realized the importance of this sale as market worsens further, this sale helped us pay off most of the bank loan, else we would have been in trouble.
