We recently bought a property off Tony who was open with his communication throughout the sales process. I also find his valuation of the selling price refreshingly honest compared to other vendors that I had dealt with where the price of the property went at 30% more then there valuations. I would recommend buying a property from Tony for his honest appraisals and open communication on what is going on - he was very easy to deal with!!.

We bought our house of Tony, rented-out our house with Tony (A few years later) and then Sold our house 15-years down-the-track, with Tony. We always felt our loyalty was reciprocated, and when we listed our house for sale : Tony never assumed he would be our agent (a gesture we felt spoke volumes). Over the nervous selling-period, Tony assured us; helped us, and kept us in-the-loop with humour (and plenty of it), without glossing over the issues - nor forcing our hand. He also showed a huge respect and healthy attitude towards helping the buyer - which once again spoke-volumes for us. Tony managed to get us a sales figure well beyond our expectations (by quite a few zeros too) - which sounds like a cliché, but at the end-of-the-day, shows his attitude and abilities can be measured.
