We achieved an excellent price for the property we were selling. The agent, Tony Kalofonos, was helpful, organised and professional throughout. Communication was clear, straightforward and easy. Tony gave us very, very good advice, from preparing the property for sale (how much work to do or not to do), through the styling and photography, and then running the "open for inspection" process. He kept us informed every step of the way and listened to our concerns. He was exceptionally good in the final stages of negotiation that led us to accept a pre-auction offer.
