We just sold our family home after 62 years. I am not sure about others but for me it was a very emotional and stressful process. Tony Kalofonos not only exceeded our expectations in a flat market but also kept our emotions in check for the whole marketing process by constant communication. By the time the auction started we were relaxed and just allowed Tony to do his job. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
