It is obvious that Tony is an experienced seller. He knows what to do under certain situations to ensure the sale is successful. We are glad that he reached out when he did whilst we were struggling to sell with another agent.

Throughout the whole viewing/buying procedure, i really liked Tony’s attitude and his attention to detail. Tony Khoury took over from another agency in which I had my property listed for 5 months. After getting nowhere for that period of time, we engaged Tony and he had the contract signed after only just 2 open homes. During that 2 weeks, Tony was completely transparent and provided us with regular updates even after normal business hours (which we were very grateful for). In addition to this, Tony was understanding of our financial position and offered us the most competitive rate, especially after exploring numerous other agencies. The only regret I have is not engaging Tony any earlier. Lara (the sales and marketing coordinator) was also very accommodating with our administrative queries by being prompt and reliable throughout the whole process. Overall, I was very doubtful about the transition into a new agency but Laing & Simmons facilitated this with ease and I must say it was the most positive experience.
