I am very happy with the way Tony handled the sale of our property given that it was a very difficult situation. We put up 2 waterfront units for sale, one which will be heavily impacted by a neighbor's DA, who also displayed shameless and inconsiderate behaviour towards our sale. The other unit is vastly different and less impressive, however both were offered at the same price. Due to the complexity of the situation describe above, we are very happy with the way Tony managed the situation, he communicated the challenges honestly and took time to discuss alternative plans with us. The property was sold and we are very happy with the price. We would definitely use Tony again and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell.

Tony Laing marketed two properties for us during 2014. Overseas vendors often feel disadvantaged by distance from the action, but at no time during these sales did we have that difficulty. We were very satisfied with the quality of the preparation of the properties for sale, the management of marketing, advertising, quality of photography, and budgets for the entire process. The handover from their Rental Division to complete marketing was faultless, as was cooperation with the Vendor and with the Strata management. Communication by support staff with the Vendor was also timely and efficient.
