I cannot express how happy I was with dealing with Tony Licastro. I had the huge job of getting my aunts home ready for sale after she had lived there for almost 40 years. Seeing my husband had passed on and had no support I felt like this was going to be a huge nightmare as I didn’t know where to begin. But then I contacted Tony at Ray White, Strathfield, he came around and we sat down and he discussed all the options that he could help me with. Straight away I felt relieved and knew that Tony was a very genuine person and really wanted to help me. And this he did. We went through every step of getting the property reading for sale. Which include the disposal of the unwanted furniture to the cleaning of the property inside and out, even looking after the gardens and lawns and then he took control of the selling side of things. We just accomplished one step at a time and never did he rush me. The communication with Tony was wonderful as he kept me informed of every stage and progress as it happened. Come the day of auction he certainly put me at ease and his professionalism showed off with the great outcome we got at the auction. He worked so hard to get us the right price for the property and it paid off. I cannot recommend Tony enough for anyone thinking of selling their property.
