I recently engaged Mason White McDougall to sell my mother's house in Lalor. Tony McDougall, who is a ripping person, advised that we go to auction which is what we did. The service and communication in the lead up to the auction was impeccable. On the auction day Tony was the auctioneer and one of his partners - Ian Mason was also present. Tony handled the auction like an auction should be held. He advised everyone of the legal obligations and once the auction started he took control not allowing the bidders to circumvent the potential price outcome. The end result was we gained over $100000 above our reserve price which we were totally stoked about.
