Firstly, we ( my ex partner and I ) had our house listed with another agent, in which i I was extremely dissappointed with their service ( or lack their of) and their ability to communicate to us or give us feedback on potential buyers - or even on the feedback from the open homes. Needless to say, we were left with no result from the previous agent, which was disappointing and the whole experience felt like a waste of time. Tony was to the rescue! Tony from the start had people lined up from the get go, backed up with full inspection days - his ability to continually communicate to me and my ex partner, although my ex's circumstances have him working overseas, Tony was still able to keep both parties up to date and well informed. He managed every possible scenario that was thrown at him with determination and resolve, getting the best possible outcome for everyone involved. Tony had multiple written offers presented to us, written on contract and helped us to get settlement that worked with us, the buyers and the tenants who were residing in the property at the time - he also communicated really well with the tenants organising open and inspection viewing times. I can't thank Tony enough for his persistence and determination on getting us the right contract and offer, his patience and his continual communication and feedback.
