Tony provided me with the appropriate- real time advice for my clients to make a decision on the sale of their property. When he took it to the market he was always upfront with his feedback and delivered it in a timely manner so my clients and I were always appraised of the status of the sale process. When Tony secured a contract for us- he was also very skilled in managing the building inspection issues that presented itself and that could easily have derailed the sale- if not for expert and prompt solution finding. I might add that Tony even negotiated a couple of thousand dollars more for my clients than we were expecting, as we had already acknowledged acceptance of a lower value- so good on him for that.
