Tony makes things very easy for a first home buyer, straight forward and very helpful. It is sad that Tony could not follow through with the Vendors regarding maintenance of the property in the same condition as when the 'Open was held until we moved in' after settlement which was promised to us by Tony while signing the contract initially.
