As an interstate buyer, Tony assisted with some Victorian nuances in the buying process and also helped to find a conveyancer (who has been great). Tony's evidently strong relationship with the seller was also a bonus for me, as he was able to facilitate leasing inspections to be held during the settlement period so that hopefully, a tenant will have been found prior to settlement date.
