This is the only time we have ever agreed to write a review. But put simply, Tony was exceptional. Due to unfortunate circumstances my wife and I had to sell our Unit in Grovedale (we live interstate). Tony was recommended by our nephew. From the first moment we spoke over the phone we knew we had someone who would be totally respectful and sensitive to our needs. When he came to the Unit to meet us, the very first thing he did was LISTEN. We wanted a quiet unhurried uncomplicated sale that we could place safely in his hands and basically let it transpire in the background from our perspective. He achieved this and so much more. Tony asked us our needs and expectations, took them on board, then calmly presented us with a simple effective pathway forward. He arranged house, carpet and garden cleaning for us prior to marketing, then ran two open homes (prior to current lockdowns) generating strong interest, whilst keeping us quietly (and for our needs unobtrusively) informed of progress. Networking with prospective buyers Tony managed to achieve a sale price that exceeded our expectations, all within the space of a couple of weeks from our first interaction. He was genuinely pleasant, open and honest with us from the very outset and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first meeting with Tony, his knowledge of the area was good he had a range of comparable homes that had sold in our area. We felt very comfortable with him and he appraised the home in the range we were hoping for and was quite up front about the high volume road that the house was on and it could effect the price.
