Perseverance and Hard Work got the Job Done

We decided to sell our investment property just as interest rates started to rise. We decided to use Tony Muaremov at GR8 Est8 Agents as he was someone Evelyn had dealt with previously. Tony and his team were extremely professional and worked tirelessly to sell our property despite having to deal with rising interest rates, uncooperative tenants and a huge caravan parked in the front yard. When our first sale fell through due to loan approval not being granted after giving numerous finance extensions, Tony found us a new buyer within one day at the same price as the previous contract. The second Contract is now unconditional thanks to Tony’s diligence and hard work.
