I have been so impressed with exceptional handling of the sale of our Edgewater home that I felt it both fair and necessary to repay that service by taking a few minutes to reflect on the entire process. We were spoilt for choice with the number of agents wanting to sell our home but apart from having bought the home though Tony 6 years ago, one could not help seeing the daily activity and success of Tony on the sold boards when driving around Edgewater. After talking with a couple of agents it was very clear that Tony had a marketing plan that was way ahead of the rest. We were very realistic that the market would determine the ultimate price and that the most critical part would be ensuring that the marketing strategy got as many potential buyers as possible through the home. This is the area that Tony excelled at.It took only 23 days to sell our house and in that time we had one "cheese & wine evening" and only two home opens with an additional private viewing. During these three events more than 50 interested parties came through the house, an incredible achievement. Accepting an offer after some many viewings made it very easy to accept what the market was willing to pay. Tony kept us up to date with every significant development and we were never left wondering what was going on. All the admin, settlement and logistics were seamless and less than three weeks after securing the sale we had the funds in our account.
