Tony sold me my house in 2015, and had been very helpful when I'd reached out to him with a few real estate questions in the intervening years. So when it came to selling the house in 2024, he was the logical choice. He sold the house quickly, and for a great price; but that's almost to be expected in this market. What Tony provided on top of that was an outstanding network of contacts to help us through the process. Trouble finding a tradie? Tony will make a call, and it's sorted. He was also continually reassuring, and provided sound advice not only on the sale of our house, but the purchase of the next one. I think that at the end of the day, there is a sustainable model of real estate sales where both seller and buyer feel they've got a fair deal, given the current market conditions. That's what Tony delivered. We got a good price, but I think the buyers will also be happy with the fact they secured our house. Would 100% recommend Tony again for any real estate sale in the northern suburbs, and in fact I'm sure we'll be in touch with him to sell our investment property in a couple of years.

First thing first, Tony was significantly different and more knowledgeable than any other realtor agents we had dealt with in Perth. He knew the property well, the story of previous owners, structural history and how to work the units. He made us feel very much so at ease especially as first home buyers, he kindly and consistently encouraged us to ask questions and we felt comfortable enough to seek his advice in multiple domains. He made the experience of buying your first property a lot easier and less nerve racking.
