I provide a no B/S service keeping my vendors well informed throughout the entire campaign, negotiation process and through to settlement. I never forget that I have been employed by YOU to represent your best interests in what normally is the sale of your biggest asset. And let’s not forget about the buyers, I always treat them with the respect they deserve while I guide them through the process of purchasing their new home. With over 20 years of negotiating deals and I understand the road to a sale. When a vendor employs me to market and sell their property I do my very best to get the best possible sale price with the best possible terms to suit you, my vendor! Many agents lack negotiation skills and fail their vendors on achieving a great selling price. When an agent is not a confident negotiator he or she often find that it is easier talking the vendor down on price to suit the buyer rather than talking the buyer up in price to suit the vendor. Negotiation skills are not something that can be taught in a classroom or over a short period of time. I have over 20 years experience negotiating and facilitating successful sales. To get the best possible price for what is often your largest asset, you need a strong negotiator. I enjoy what I do and it's a great experience to see the excitement on both the vendors and buyers faces on the sale/purchase of their property. My goal is to always have the vendors excited with the selling price and the new owners excited about moving into their new home! And whether I am selling land, a $250,000 home or a $900,000 dollar home the goal is always the same, to negotiate the best possible sale for YOU, my vendor.
