Other than a vendor bid at the auction of $450,000 there were no other bids despite an excellent campaign and plenty in attendance at the auction. Unperturbed , ,Immediately after the auction an e-brochure campaign was started and this resulted in a buyer at $475,000 which resulted in a sale at this price. Since then I have recommended Woodards to friends of mine who were extremely pleased with the price they obtained for their property.
