We signed with Tony having failed to sell with another agent previously, sheer weight of sales in the area prompted this decision. We were confident the property would sell this time round as the market had improved and our expectations had been re-calibrated. There was a lot of interest, but early offers weren't forthcoming and feedback seemed pretty specific and peculiar at times. Ultimately, Tony's strategy of a "mini-tender" was effective in the end and helped create the leverage needed to negotiate an outcome agreeable to all. Tony operates as a team with other agents (expect due to high level of stock turnover) and perhaps if improvement points were sought, they could outline their responsibilities and roles in the process a bit more clearly. Nevertheless, the team were always reachable and highly responsive during the process and we are grateful for all their work.
