We’ve dealt with Tony on both the buy and sell side of residential property a number of times. As first time sellers with him we presented a property that was not at all an easy prospect. To say he hit it out of the park is an understatement. His knowledge, communication, no-nonsense approach and timing are what make him good. His ability to instill confidence and trust in both the vendor and the potential buyers are what make him great. Not many agents can walk that line successfully and continuously for an extended period of time. You don’t often find an agent who successfully convinces you to pay top dollar for multiple properties and then earns your trust to do the same for you when selling.
