We had our house in Norman Park on the market with another agent. Three months of opens and inspections and no contract, only a verbal offer well below our asking price and the communication from the agent was very poor. After we didn’t get the result we wanted, we moved over to Tony at Belle and our experience couldn't have been better. Not only were our discussions honest and upfront, but he assured us that it would be himself selling our home and not pass it on to another junior agent or associate at the same office. From the very beginning we shared similar opinions on what we thought was a fair price for our home and before the first open inspection we had a contract in writing for the price we wanted.
