From the very beginning, the whole team were great to deal with. They are professional, personable, and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Getting my mum’s house ready for sale has come with a lot of emotion, as she’s been unwell and moved into care and it’s also the home I grew up in. The team recognised this and managed the process thoughtfully and efficiently, making things much easier for me. They knew I didn’t have time to be heavily involved, so they made the process simple and stress-free. We set up a drop-box for the keys and they coordinated all the trades, and managed every detail seamlessly. Their suggestions for ways to improve the sale result were thoughtful and never pushy, and they kept me constantly updated through a WhatsApp chat. Communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout. Belle was outstanding - organised, proactive, and on top of everything. When a small maintenance issue popped up, she just reassured me and took care of it. When the campaign attracted more interest than expected, Tony recommended pivoting to an auction.
