When buying a house you meet a lot of different agents, you find a pattern with that, that they are all similar and try to sell that exact property to you regardless if it actually suits you or not. We met Tony at a different property to the one we ended up buying, this property didn’t suit us and Tony understood that, he invited us to another house he had for sale which he felt was better suited to us - which it was. Tony is very experience with abundant knowledge of the real estate market. He explained all the process of selling initially and that was really great as there are many things that I was not aware of about auction and private sale. Tony is dedicated doing the best for the vendor and had three inspections a week so more buyers were able to attend. Tony also brings buyers who were not successful from the other auction; always update you and a good listener. I will not hesitate to seek his service again.
