WE had a rather difficult property to sell. Most agents called it "Unique". After investigating most agents in the area we short listed 3 agents. All the agents had a different views to the potential of the property, but Bells won out with their proposed avertising campaign We were very impressed with Tony's proffessionalism thoughout the auction. When the auction was passed in substantially below our reserve we assumed that Tony would try and encourage the highest bidder to offer a little bit more and then suggest that we whatever we might have been offered.
