We purchased our house recently and mainly dealt through Nathan. The transaction all went well and hassle free. Nathan was a pleasure to deal with and left us a nice welcome gift even decorating the front door. Our only complaint is that the house we bought was left in a very unclean state and we were disappointed that a pre clean wasnt offered as part of the contract clause.
