We both love our new home. Only down fall was the state of cleanliness or lack of when we took possession from The previous tenants. While the house was tidy the bond clean was not completed, we had to clean marks from Use of the toilet and it being cleaned and it took over a week of asking for the CDs pet cleaning receipt to be sent? It wasn’t done and we finally got a small amount to cover the cost. Overall delighted with the process but not the handover, while it was rushed the tenants knew they had a deadline and so did we.
