Tony goes out of his way to find a suitable buyer and then follows up on every detail of importance to a seller eg finance approval and building and pest inspections once a contract is signed. Obviously his profound knowledge of the business and of the area was of immense benefit to all parties involved. Does not waste a seller's time on bad leads.
