It's hard to adequately convey the value Tony & his assistant afforded us in the sale of our apartment in Dee Why. From the advice proffered at appraisal time, preparation for the sale [including their assisting with reconfiguring the property for sale, including shifting heavy and unwieldy furniture into garage storage, through to the communication on every visit, open home and stoic belief that for our property, the pre Xmas auction programme would produce a strong result.
At no time were we enticed with silly price expectations...in fact, while our aspirations were acknowledged positively, Tony refused to create wild dreams around likely sale price.
In the days leading up to the auction and on the day, Tony merely maintained a quiet reassurance, positive expectation and professionally organised the event.
On the day we witnessed a battle royal with the result over $65,000 beyond what we thought we'd get. A block record by over $80,000.
That said, even had we returned a lower sale price, our appreciation for and respect of Tony as a true professional would have remained.
