From the first time we spoke to Tony about selling, he was professional in all ways. He put together a comprehensive sales proposal, which explained the sales process and various options clearly. We felt that they were conscious of us as individuals and that the sale of our house was a unique process. We never felt like our home was just another sale. Tony came to us with a broad range of marketing ideas, some tried and tested, and others unique and 'outside of the box'. He worked with us to determine which of those ideas would be best suited to our house and our personal style. The whole marketing process was individualised and customised, and executed to a high standard. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They kept us updated regularly, with phone calls, emails and meetings. We always felt that we had the latest information, whether it was good news or not. We felt that Tony and the whole Griffith RE team were proud to be the agent entrusted to sell our home. They cared as much about selling our house as we did. Overall, a great experience.
