Tony was very helpful during our purchase and communicated well to ensure we were in the loop every step of the way. When we we're nearing settlement, I asked him for recommendations of trades, as we planned an extensive refurbishment of the home. He provided us with a comprehensive list of people, and we were thrilled with the prices and quality of workmanship displayed by all. Having recommendations seemed to encourage the tradies to go over and above expectations, which was fabulous.
Having purchased our home from Tony a few years back, we included him on our short-list of potential agents when we recently sold our home. In our initial interview, his proposal proved to be quite knowledgable regarding the local market conditions and his selling price recommendation was quite similar to what we hoped to achieve. Interestingly, this quote was well above what other agents were suggesting, but not what we felt was above true market value. Additionally, his commision percentage fee was not only the lowest we received, but moreover, his quote was inclusive of advertising costs, which made his proposal very competitive on price.
