What started as a simple sale was complicated by the death of the elderly owner. Tony worked hard to keep the transaction moving throughout. He was readily available to our solicitor while she worked through the transaction with the Public Trustee as executor. Throughout the process Tony was responsive to phone calls and emails from us and our solicitor. He was generous with his time when we asked for a longer second viewing and some preliminary inspections before signing a contract. Tony is pleasant to deal with and I would happily deal with him again.
