We called Tony to enquire about another property that we had been considering from viewing it online and, as luck, would have it Tony was able to tell us about a property that had just become available, sending over the details a short while later. When we met Tony he was friendly and allowed us plenty of time to inspect the property, without feeling rushed, and was able to advise on when works had been carried out in the property, and further modifications the owner had been considering. Throughout the buying process he kept us updated on progress and we felt that he was guiding the process with a gentle hand. We're certainly glad we made the initial phone call about that other property, otherwise we might never have known about the off-market property that we will be calling home!
