I have dealt with Tony on a previous Occassion when purchasing the property I have just sold. (approx 8 years ago) . Tony gave a very realistic appraisal of what he felt was an expected price range for the property. Right from the beginning he kept me informed of any developments with regards to setting up of sales board, inspection times and any offers and comments from prospective purchaser. I have been impressed by the honest and upfront nature of all discussions with Tony and could not recommend him any higher to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.
