Very good experience with Tony.

On first viewing my property, Tony suggested a range of improvements to increase it's marketability and named a price that was achievable. I was agreeable to renovations and he put me in touch with a project manager to organise the work. It all went like clockwork, and the final house that went to auction was stunning. The marketing was first class. The price achieved was excellent, and was more than he had suggested at first. I was very pleased with the way Tony and his project manager organised everything seamlessly. There was the occasional tiny communication problem, probably because of the speed at which things went, but nothing major. In any case, the YPA staff routinely sent texts to confirm appointments and deadlines, so their backup system worked. Excellent!
