Tony recently sold our property in Werribee via auction. We had the added complication of trying to auction a tenanted property, but Tony was great in getting the tenants on board and then managing the tenants through the process. Tony was great in coming up with and implementing a great sales strategy and marketing campaign, and the result we achieved was beyond our expectation. Tony won't try and talk up how much he can get with for your property, and prefers to be direct and set an honest expectation - which is the approach we prefer.
