A very challenging sale with plenty ups & downs consistency paid off at the end.end

We had an indication of what we wanted in price & guidance by your company, obviously we had challenges along the way which made it difficult to reach our goal, whether it was the market or timing but found it frustrating that people didn't respond back as courtesy, to your credit Kurt was consistent in he's selling approach & showed professionalism in a situation that was difficult, I find in anything you do consistently is important as something will eventuate, we finally sold not for what we wanted but have re invested our monies somewhere else which will work for us in the future so at the end to us was a positive outcome, thank you to Kurt for persisting with the sale & being honest along the way & keeping the communication lines open between all of us which i think is important in any sale 4 out of 5 stars only because of price not sales agent once again, many thanks Jim Poulos Michelle Poulos
