Tony Webber

We recently bought a property from Tony, we lived away so we asked to verify the pool solar was working properly prior to going unconditional as his office was managing the property on behalf of the absentee owner. He assured me it was a new system so was working perfectly but when we moved in it was clearly old and decrepit and not working so incurred a very expensive cost to fix. We feel that considering we bought the house without even never meeting him that the least that he could do before confirming so categorically was to actually check what he was saying. I would never use this agent as i don't think i could trust his words.

From our first meeting we felt as though Tony would do his utmost to sell our property and work to get the best outcome possible for us. We have faith in Tony’s Real Estate experience and expertise and knowledge of our local market in particular. He advised us of the best ways to present our property, kept us informed about dates for Photography, dates for Open Homes, dates for whatever. We had a couple of glitches along the way which Tony handled with calmness and confidence and assured us he would and could take care of the issues, which he did. Tony has a friendly, engaging personality and we had some pleasant conversations about topics other than Real Estate, on the rare occasions he had a little time to spare. We had some dealings with Chloe, who was pleasant and efficient also. All in all I would highly recommend this Team.
