I was skeptical going to market so close to Christmas but after sitting down with Tony and Nadine they spelt out the pro' s and con's without being pushy and all their opinions were backed up by evidence and experience however never did they pressure us to list our home, which made my wife feel so at ease being her first house sale. Whilst the Pro's did outweigh the Con's we are glad we listened to their advice and went with the fact that they knew the market. Nadine was exceptional in providing tips on styling the property and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We were extremely impressed with the marketing and the photos arranged were spectacular. Our house sold after one inspection and with multiple offers, although there were not large numbers through the first inspection, the fact Tony and Nadine had done the lead up work pre inspection was evident as all the buyers were qualified, this was evident by the fact that 70% of the people that inspected our home-made offers., which we were blown away. the night after the open we were presented the offers and never pressured to take them, their honest and transparent approach made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We accepted an offer on the first inspection which exceeded our expectations. We could not recommend Tony and Nadine any higher, they are down to earth, transparent, honest and their knowledge of the area is without peer in my opinion. They did a lot of work pre-open for inspection to get the right buyers to the open home and for that we are truly thankful Their biggest strength is their key negotiation skills ensuring that a deal can get done and keeping calm and collected throughout the process, all their opinions they backed up with evidence and always made us feel at ease when presenting advice.
