What an impressive performance, starting with the photos and the listing process. Their photographer is a cut above and takes the most beautiful photos. The communication from Steve and Tony during the listing process was excellent and the marketing materials speak for themselves. And then the stats from time of listing are impressive. From being listed on the internet on the 13th, first open home on the 20th, 50 email enquiries, 32 parties through the home, of those 14 interested and quickly narrowed down to 2 competing bidders. We only made it to the second open home on the 25th before a signed unconditional contract and deposit cheque was received on the 26th. Steve and Tony have complimentary skills and work brilliantly as a team. The availability, attitude and communication from both Steve and Tony during the whole process was outstanding. Their negotiation skills during the competitive bidding process in keeping both the prospective purchasers and us informed was simply brilliant and demonstrates a level of professionalism and ethics that only comes from over 20 years of experience and success in Central Coast Real Estate. Tony was really easy to contact and deal with to purchase a property. He was helpful in all areas.
I met Tony when I was in the purchaser position, he sold a house for me in North Gosford. Based on this experience, definitely he would be the first agent I would contact if I was ever sell a property. He has a strong local knowledge, knows the Gosford & around market very well, short term / long term trends. He is open, honest, responsive. Being either side of the transaction (regardless buying or selling) involves various complex legal & financial procedures, and it is fairly stressful to get through them. Of all the real estate agents I met so far, he was far the most knowledgeable of the whole process, the most helpful and most involved. I can say, that with that his overseeing and involvement he saved me from a lot of stress. He followed through the whole process, been in contact with the lawyers, always guided to the next step. I never felt that I didn’t know what’s happening or what to do next, he managed it through. As first home buyers, the process of buying a house is very overwhelming but Tony ensured the process was smooth sailing. He was always in contact with us and provided ongoing support from his end. We had lots of trouble in the cooling off period with the bank, but Tony communicated with the vendors and explained to them the situation with the banks. Without his help, I am not sure the cooling off period nor settlement would have been successful. I would recommend Tony to family and friends as well as contact him in the future when needed.
I could not recommend Tony more highly. His efforts in selling my fathers house at a tough time were above and beyond what I could have expected . His experience and knowledge made the process simple and straight forward with an outcome beyond my expectations. Not only is Tony committed and professional but is also a very kind and caring man. Tony provided an excellent service, took a genuine interest in our property and understood what it meant to us. Kept us informed on any events with the property, he is respectful and doesn't put pressure on you to sell or except an offer, this is really hard to find today.
