Tori sold our house to us 3 years ago. As fist home buyers we had no idea what we were doing. She was extremely patient and helpful in all stages of buying. When it came around to selling we did not think twice about who we wanted as our agent. Tori spent a lot of time with us going back and forth planning to get the house on the market because of our indecision about how we wanted to sell. Again Tori was very patient and knowledgeable about what was best for us and the house. Once the house was on the market it sold within 3 weeks. We had a few speed bumps along the way with buys and finance but Tori quickly straightened things out and got us the sale. Tori was wonderful through our home buying process which did come with some unexpected ups and downs. From when we first viewed the property just the Mrs, then our second visit with the Hubby and then a third visit just so we could say for 100% 'We'll take it!', Tori was super cool and confident in helping us negotiate a solid price. She was accommodating to the multiple visits and at later hours where we needed to finish work a little later. There were some issues with the property itself, but Tori was super organised and had such great communication with us and contractors we felt totally secure in her control and were 100% comfortable she had our best interests at heart. Her knowledge of the area and in particular of our property was really reassuring with her being a local and the agent who was involved with the property when it was first built. Tori negotiated with the Property Managers of our home while the tenant's were moving out and we moved in to a new home freshly cleaned, repaired and newly painted. We could not recommend her highly enough with her property knowledge, sharp negotiating skills, calculated management abilities and just her down-right niceness. She truly loves what she does and we felt that genuineness as she guided us through this huge step in our future.
