We chose La Vie as they gave us the most thorough price projection (although not the highest) as we thought Tori's projection more realistic based on her research. We did not regret it at all, as she did everything to make sure the property presented well, communicated throughout the process and she found a buyer we were also happy with. A smooth process all the way.
