Toula Haddad did a great job of selling my unit in Gladstone St Bexley. Toula is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, advertised the unit well online, pitched to the demographic of buyers who would be interested in my unit, highlighted all the good features of the property and pursued angles which would be of interest to a buyer that I hadn't thought of. Whilst there were some very real challenges in selling my property (no car space, older unit and a bit of a walk to the closest train station), Toula achieved a great price that I was very happy with, such that I was able to immediately offer to purchase another property. Toula is adaptable and adjusts to changed requirements (exchanging contract on her day off, dealing with revised settlement dates, discussing how contracts sometimes need amending for a deposit).
