We have given four stars against Market Knowledge only because as potential purchasers our knowledge of the market was limited, so it is difficult, from our experience, for us to make a reasonable assessment. But it seems to us it is at least four stars, and if we ourselves had more knowledge, it would be five. This serves to highlight five stars given for Communication, Credibility and Negotiation which we consider are highly deserved from our experience of working with Tracey-Ann. All her communication with us, face to face and by phone and email, was clear and to the point. Tracey-Ann's early perception of us as potential purchasers who could realistically complete a deal was spot on. Her client must be very pleased! Also, she knows, well enough that to make our own decision/s we need both space and time, and made it clear to us that both of these elements were available, and ours to use. On the other hand, when she says she is going to do something by a certain day or time, it is always done on or before time. Impressive credibility, therefore. We enjoyed working with Tracey-Ann. She is personable as well as business-like. We'd expect her to be well regarded by colleagues.

She was one of the few agents that contacted us after a viewing, she remembered exactly who we were and was helpful with advice to get us the house we wanted. She was more than happy to work with our finance person and us to get it all finalised.
