Had great pleasure dealing with Tracey and her team. My main contact was Paul who was punctual, accommodating and down to earth. We were able to put in an offer late at night, which we received an acknowledgment response the same night, and an even better outcome was that we received the owners acceptance as I was waking up in the morning :)
