She is perfectionist and knows what is required to sell a property. The qualities required for this mean sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming. When it came to negotiating the offers, the first offer was well below what we were willing to accept and when we finally reached the settlement sum I did feel under pressure to accept very quickly. Whilst I understand this is part of the process I felt presenting us with the first offer was pointless and that I had to assert my position when we were trying to get a settlement figure. That said, many things worked very well and we did achieve the sale in a timely manner and I have no hesitation in recommending All Properties and Tracy.
