When it comes to selling houses, Tracy is the Queen of Heathwood. Anyone would be foolish not to be with her if you are selling in this area. Using her extensive database of potential buyers she sold our house at the first open house and saved us a heap in advertising. She was truly professional in her advice, presentation and negotiating skills. She lets you know promptly and exactly where you stand at all stages of the selling process. Best of all you knew she was on your side and was available at all times to advise you. This wasn’t the first house we have sold, but it was by far the most enjoyable journey with Tracy at the wheel. Highly recommended, 10 stars.
