Great communication and negotiation skills

Couldn't be happier to recommend Bella Coastal Property! I engaged their team to sell my father's unique property at Burrell Lake. I was immediately impressed with their enthusiasm, attention to customer service, regional knowledge, and marketing proposals. I don't live in the area, but I was confident leaving the property with them to arrange all of the cleaning, gardening, and presentation for the sales campaign. I was very happy with the campaign, and Tracey's and Chris's communication throughout was spot-on. They kept me informed along the way with regular updates after opens and offers.
