Selling a house as everyone knows is an emotional journey/ordeal!! From the start Wayne and Tracey were very easy to deal with, we told them what we wanted to sell our house for and they did not play it down like previous real estate agents!! They were willing to give it a go! Even though we sold our house for less then what we wanted Wayne and Tracey were advising us every step of the way. Our house was a unique one ( we think) so it was hard to sell. Overall we are very happy with the result we got and thanks to Wayne and Tracey we achieved that. I would recommend this team and First National again. We relocated to the Sunshine Coast so its a pity we cannot use Wayne and Tracey again!!

Selling a property in a hot market is certainly less difficult than when the market is very slow, however, it takes skill, expert knowledge of the market and locality and a skilfulness in communication to get the icing on the cake, so to speak. I found Tracey Paterson a person of integrity in an industry that often lacks that quality. In reviewing the sales for the area where my property was located I noticed, that while prices were high, the price achieved for my property was outstanding and definitely exceeded my expectations. While certainly possible, I'm not sure I would have achieved the same results with another agent. I believed the strategy used my Tracey, specific to the current market, enabled the best possible results to be achieved.
